Glavmosstroy manufacturing is based around
large reinforced-concrete producing plants, united
as the Production Enterprises Office.
As a result of full reconstruction, all plants have been equipped with
concrete-mixing equipment using microprocessor systems, with mechanised areas for surface treatment of reinforced-concrete products. We have introduced pre-tensioning technology for floor panels with hidden anchors.
“Kuntsevo Reinforced Concrete Products Plant No. 9” produces
high thermal resistance three-ply external panels and pre-stressed
floor panels of up to 6.3m in length.
“Reinforced-Concrete Products 21”: this plant produces a full range of
internal wall panels, lift shafts, slabs, loggia barriers, and even piles of any length.
Workshop No. 7, Reinforced-Concrete Products Plant 2, has a fully-automated production
process using equipment provided by “EBAWE”, and specialises in the production of plinth
parts, friezes and roof slabs, as well as decorative and protective facade elements.
In order to facilitate the process of GMS-1 series house assembly, we have created Specialised
Domestic-Construction Plant No. 7, where the assembly lines are staffed by highly-qualified
personnel, and allow immediate assembly without storage.
