Medical services are provided to employees by Health and Medical Complex No. 47 (Glavmosstroy Hospital), which has an in-patient ward, 3 outpatient departments with 1050 appointment per shift capacity, and the “Medi-club” treatment centre.

The Hospital’s in-patient department is a large hospital, with many different departments, located on Michurinskiy Prospekt. It has surgery and therapeutic departments, and doctor’s surgeries in the South-Western, Northern, and South-Eastern administrative areas of Moscow.

The Hospital is designed for 425 beds. It is provided with modern diagnostic and medical equipment and staffed by qualified personnel – 3 doctors have the Russian Federation Order of Merit, there are 4 Doctors of Medicine and 19 Medical PhD’s, 40 specialist doctors and 10 1st category doctors.

The Hospital also houses:
- the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Illnesses of the Clinical Faculty of the Russian State medical university, headed by Medical Professor A. V. Strutynskiy.
- the Department of Internal Illnesses of the Moscow State medico-stomatological university, headed by Professor A. I. Martynov, Fellow of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.
- the Department of faculty surgery No.1 of the Moscow State medico-stomatological university, headed by Professor O. E. Lutsevich.
- the Department of general and clinical pharmacology of the Russian University of the Friendship of Nations, headed by a corresponding member of the Academy of Medical Sciences, Doctor of Medicine V. K. Lepakhin.

These departments carry out research and work connected with diagnosis and treatment together with employees of the Hospital.
