 | Leisure and health centre for Moscow ex-servicemen | A 2/3-floor monolithic building has been constructed in the “Meschanskiy” area of Moscow, at the intersection of the Olimpiyskiy Prospekt and Bolshaya Ekanterininskaya St. The building houses a Leisure and Health Centre, for use by the Moscow Armed Forces and Ex-Servicemen Organisation. The total area comprises 8352m2. The centre includes a sports centre, with gymnasium, swimming pool (26x6m) and sauna, a medical and social rehabilitation therapy centre, cultural and art services provided in cooperation with government departments and social organisations, including a 389-seat cinema and 66-seat lecture-room, a shopping area, a service area, and underground parking for 32 cars. For the convenience of ex-servicemen, the main facilities are located on the ground floor.

 | Reconstruction of Moscow Town Court main building | Work was carried out in 2003 on the reconstruction of the main building of the Moscow Town Court on Bogorodskiy Val. The total area comprises 53 courtrooms, including 9 jury trial courtrooms. There is also a 600-seat conference hall, canteen, cloakroom, winter garden, billiard-room, chairman’s office, with anteroom, library, convoy service block, administration offices and offices for security and auxiliary staff. The building is supplied using two transformer substations of 2x1000kW each, a central heating centre, two refrigeration centres, 12 ventilation rooms, three pump stations and six lifts. The building’s engineering and technical systems are equipped to a high standard.

 | “GLORIA” Specialised Olympic Reserve School No. 22 (26a Zoologicheskaya st.) | A 3-floor physical education and health complex, total area 3560 m2, located in a historical area in the city centre, next to a multi-function complex comprising 8 housing blocks. The building includes a swimming pool with baths, 3 saunas, changing-rooms with showers, rest rooms, doctor’s cabinet, instructors’ room, administrative facilities, cafe, 36x18m games hall, training halls, gymnasium and cloakroom. At the construction stage the decision was taken to adapt the complex for State Specialised Olympic Reserve School No. 22 (“GLORIA”), intended for the training of top-class basketball-players.

 | Drug rehabilitation clinic on Varshavka st. | The largest medical facility of its kind in Europe, total area 40,000 m2. Winner of “Best completed project of 2001”.

 | Secondary School in Lefortovo | A modern, individually-constructed building, which forms an organic part of the ancient historic Lefortovo area of Moscow. Winner of “Best completed project of 2001”. Architect: K. S. Shekhoyan

 | Balakirev Art High School in Vykhino | The unique appearance and purpose of the building mean that it forms the focal point of the area, and fits well into the calm landscape around it. Architect: K. S. Shekhoyan. The building is of considerable size – total area 12,500 m2, floor space 6,500 m2. It is of distinguished, monumental appearance, classical style and large size, with rational solutions to complex function-related challenges. The architecture combines the traditions of craftsmanship of the recent past with modern traditions. Music, choreography, drawing and painting and drama are taught at the school.

 | Church of the Icon of the Madonna, called “Relieve my Sorrow”, in Mar’inskiy Park | The 42m high church building is an architectural allegory of the shape of a candle-flame reaching skywards, and of angels bearing up 5 helm-shaped domes on their white wings.

 | Blessed Tsarevich Dmitriy Sisterhood Orphanage | A girls’ orphanage for 40 girls. An optimal environment for the housing, education and spiritual guidance of girls up to school-leaving age.

 | Doctor’s Surgery (Moscow st., Tambov) | 7-floor surgery with total area of over 12,000 m2, with X-ray department, surgery department with operating theatre and 20-bed day ward. 750 appointments per shift capacity. Construction carried out using credit funds allocated by Government of Moscow, Tambov Region Administration.

 | Doctor’s Surgery with Gynecological and Pediatric Departments | Individual assembly building of variable height (2-5-8 floors), with swimming baths, hydrotherapy, inhalation room and trauma department.

 | School in Krasnoyarsk | Construction of the school financed by the Government of Moscow. Individually planned building. Project solutions take into account the location of the school in a seismically active area. The 480-student school has modern teaching equipment, computer provision and houses the museum of Ivan Yarygin, a famous sports personality.
