The aim of this project is to create a new-generation monolithic construction system for the construction of municipal and commercial housing.

The system’s solutions will make it possible to carry out various projects, both in terms of planning and assembly of flats, or different facade solutions, and in terms of creating individual compositional ensembles of various shape and height, taking into account the specific town-planning requirements, primarily within existing urban spaces. In contrast to all previous series, which were based on the principle of house planning and siting in sections of fixed orientation, height, flat type etc, the GMS-3 construction system is based on individual planning of each building, which is composed from residential block elements, such as stairways and lifts, entrances, mechanical room, flats, load-bearing structures, barrier structures (walls, loggia and balcony screens) and mechanical systems. The facade surfaces of our energy-efficient walls are of three types: brick cladding with floor-by-floor support, render using modern rendering mixes, ventilated cavity and ceramic granite tile cladding.

Our technical solutions are developed on the basis of the most progressive unit indicators for expenditure of basic materials and labour-intensity. Another advantage of the GMS-3 system is its openness – i.e. the constant additions of new elements, developed in the course of individual projects, to the stock-list, with appropriate additions to the portfolios of working drawings.
